How the Site Is Funded
Advertising Disclosure
Rehab Help is free to use. It is paid for by display ads served by Google AdSense. No treatment facility pays to be listed, ranked or featured, and ads never change which facilities you see or what a page says.
Rehab Help is published by Rupe Enterprises LLC, a Washington limited liability company. It is an independent site, not a government agency and not a treatment provider.
How You'll Know It's an Ad
Each display ad is served and marked by Google with its ad icon, and sits apart from the site's own content. A page carries at most three ads, spaced through the page. Ads never appear inside or between facility listings, inside the finder's results, or inside a form.
Who Chooses the Ads
Google chooses which ads to show, based on the page and, depending on your settings, your interests. Rehab Help doesn't pick individual advertisers, and an ad is not a recommendation. An ad is not a review or endorsement of a facility. Before you choose a program, check it in the treatment finder or call SAMHSA's free National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357.
No Paid Listings, Referral Fees or Tracked Numbers
Facility listings come from SAMHSA's FindTreatment.gov, and every substance use facility in that data is included. Facilities can't pay to appear, to rank higher or to be featured. Rehab Help takes no fee when you contact or enter a program. The phone number on each listing is the facility's own number from SAMHSA, never a tracked or call-center number that routes your call elsewhere.
Affiliate Offers in the Future
A paid affiliate offer may be added later, such as an online care service. If one is, it will appear in its own box labelled "Sponsored," with a short line saying the site may be paid when you use the offer. Its links will be marked as sponsored for search engines. It will never sit inside or between facility listings, inside a guide's answer or in a list of official resources.
No offer will ever pay Rehab Help for referring you to a treatment facility or recovery home. The federal Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act (18 U.S.C. 220) and state patient-brokering laws prohibit that kind of payment, because it can steer people toward the program that pays rather than the care they need. This page will be updated to name the type of offer when one is added.
What Advertising Doesn't Change
Advertising never decides which facilities are listed or in what order, what a listing says, what a guide says or which official resources are named. Facts come from SAMHSA and other government sources, never from advertisers. The editorial policy sets out how that independence is kept.
No Lead Forms
The site has no intake or lead forms and doesn't sell or pass your details to anyone, including treatment facilities. The only form on the site is the contact form for corrections and feedback, and the finder runs in your browser.
