rehab.help is operated by Rupe Enterprises LLC, a Washington limited liability company. In these terms, "Rehab Help" means the site and Rupe Enterprises LLC.

Information Only, Not Medical Advice

The listings, guides, state and city pages explain treatment options in plain words to help you understand your choices. They are general information, not medical, clinical, legal or financial advice, and they don't cover every situation. They are not a substitute for an assessment by a doctor, nurse or licensed counselor. Don't stop, start or change a medication, or go through withdrawal without medical support, based on something you read here. Using the site doesn't create a provider-patient relationship with anyone.

Not a Treatment Provider or Referral Service

Rehab Help doesn't provide treatment, run an intake line, place anyone in a program or refer people to facilities for payment. It isn't run by, connected to or endorsed by SAMHSA or any other part of government. To find care, use the finder to contact a facility directly, call SAMHSA's National Helpline, or search SAMHSA's own directory at FindTreatment.gov.

Facility Listings Come From SAMHSA

Facility names, addresses, phone numbers, services and payment options come from SAMHSA's FindTreatment.gov, as each facility reported them. A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of quality, availability, licensing status or insurance acceptance. Facilities change their services, payment options and openings, so confirm the details with the facility and your insurer before you go. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Rehab Help doesn't guarantee admission, coverage, cost, length of treatment or any result of treatment. Decisions about your care and coverage are made by you, your clinicians, the facility and your insurer or public program.

Information Changes

Coverage rules, laws and facility details change. Pages show the date they were reviewed and the source of each figure. Rehab Help can't promise that every page, listing or external link is current at the moment you read it. Confirm important details with the official source before you act. If you find a material error, use the contact form.

Advertising

The site shows display ads served by Google AdSense. Advertisers are chosen by Google, not by Rehab Help, and an ad is not a recommendation. Your dealings with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. Read the advertising disclosure for details.

External Sites

Links to facilities, SAMHSA, other government agencies, other organizations and the sister site disability.help are provided for convenience. Rehab Help doesn't control the content, availability, security or privacy practices of sites it doesn't operate. A link doesn't by itself mean that Rehab Help endorses the organization or every claim on its site.

Acceptable Use

You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent automated traffic as a person, or republish substantial portions of the site as your own product. Ordinary search-engine crawling that respects published controls is allowed.

Site Content and Availability

Unless a page says otherwise, the site's original writing, design and tools are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Government data, including SAMHSA's facility records, remains attributable to its agencies. Rehab Help may update, suspend or remove site features and content.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Rupe Enterprises LLC disclaims implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including warranties of accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Rupe Enterprises LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the site, including decisions made in reliance on a listing or a guide. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and Questions
