Looking for Treatment or Help Right Now?

This form isn't a helpline. Rehab Help can't give treatment or medical advice, can't place anyone in a program, and doesn't pass messages to treatment facilities. For help now:

  • Finding treatment: call SAMHSA's free, confidential National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357, 24/7 in English and Spanish, or search the treatment finder and call a facility directly.
  • A crisis or thoughts of suicide: call or text 988, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
  • A suspected overdose or other emergency: call 911.

Send a Correction or Feedback

For a correction to a guide, include the page address, what looks wrong and, if you can, a link to the official page (SAMHSA, NIH, CDC, FDA, CMS, the VA or a state agency) that shows the right detail. Every report is checked against the official source before a page changes. Feedback on what's unclear or missing is welcome too.

If you run a facility and its listing needs updating, the change goes through SAMHSA, which publishes the data. Call SAMHSA's Behavioral Health Services Information System at 1-833-888-1553 or go through FindTreatment.gov. The How Listings Work page explains the steps. Listings can't be bought or upgraded.

Never send health details, insurance numbers or other sensitive personal information through this form.

Rehab Help is an independent guide, not a treatment provider. Phone numbers on this site are the facilities' and helplines' own numbers, never tracking lines. If someone is in danger right now, call 911.
